CW Floors & Lighting sold a product with a faulty part. When I called I was told I would need to have an electrician determine what the problem was and if a part needed replacement it would be covered, but the cost of the electrician to first determine the problem, and second to make the repair when new part received would not be covered.
When phone calls did no good, I wrote a letter requesting help to the Rockwall manager and the president of the company in Denton, TX.
The letter was written a month ago, but no response has been received. These two service calls cost me a total of $270.
